There are many features for both current and incoming residents. The biggest change is the "Resident Portal" portion of the site. At the upper right of this page there is a place for residents to log in.
The first time you sign in you will need your Resident ID. You can find that on your lease or give the Neighborhood Management Office a call and they can look it up for you. Once you have registered you can set your own password and gain access to an online community bulletin board and see activities that are going on right in your neighborhood. We think you'll like the changes.
